General provisions
- These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the operator of the JobsCollector.com portal (hereinafter referred to as the "portal") and its users (candidates, companies, agencies, affiliate partners).
- By using the portal, the user undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions and applicable legal regulations.
- The portal is intended for global users, contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Services for applicants
- Creating and saving a professional resume (CV) is free. Select design templates may incur a fee.
- Searching for jobs and viewing details is free.
- The CV may be shared with companies and agencies with the applicant's express consent.
- The candidate has the option to create a user account and receive notifications when the job position they are looking for appears on the offer.
Services for companies and agencies
- Creating a company profile and posting a job is free. The job position is automatically deactivated after 30 days, reactivation is required to republish the ad.
- Creating an ad group (landing page) is free.
- Lineup statistics and position views are available for free.
- Highlighting advertisements in priority zones is charged according to the price list.

Priority 6 includes all non-highlighted positions and is free.
Services for affiliate partners
- The partner registers, signs the contract and provides proof of identity.
- The partner creates ad sets (landing pages) that he promotes.
- For each paid CV created by a user brought by a partner, a commission of 30% of the price is due.
- The partner can determine the fee for creating an advertising group for a company or agency, and the portal deducts 10% from this amount as an operating fee.
- Commissions are paid monthly, the minimum payout amount is 100 EUR.
Payment terms
- All payments are made electronically in EUR or as agreed.
- Billing is done automatically.
- Billing is done automatically after receiving online card payment. The invoice is issued immediately after successful completion of the payment.
- All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
- The service is delivered immediately after payment in the form of digital content. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council on digital content and digital services and Directive (EU) 2011/83/EU on consumer protection, this type of service is not subject to the right of withdrawal after the start of performance. The user expressly agrees to this when placing an order.
- The portal reserves the right to change prices. The change will be announced in advance and will not affect services already ordered.
VAT and international transactions
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Companies from EU member states that provide a valid VAT identification number will not be charged VAT – the reverse charge regime according to the EU directive will apply. Non-EU entities do not pay VAT. Czech VAT payers will be charged VAT at the applicable rate.
Responsibility and data protection
- The operator is not responsible for the content uploaded by users.
- The user bears full responsibility for the truthfulness of their data and content.
- All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
- The portal has the right to suspend or cancel a user's account if the terms and conditions are violated.
Final provisions
- These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
- All disputes will be resolved in the competent court according to the operator's registered office.
- The version of the terms and conditions may be updated, the new version will be published on the website.
